We build cross-industry low-code solutions for our clients and provide advisory and implementation services.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Service Delivery Manager on ServiceNow with a track record of successful delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management Processes and ITIL certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and inspiring teams to achieve results.
  • Strong communication and... interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation to enhance service delivery capabilities over time.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of IT services using the ServiceNow platform, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded as per defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow functional consultants, administrators, developers, and support staff effectively.
  • Identify service improvement opportunities, work with stakeholders, and implement changes that enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Manage changes to the ServiceNow environment, planning, testing, and implementing them in accordance with best practices and client requirements.
  • Manage the budget for ServiceNow service delivery, including resource allocation, procurement, and cost control.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring they deliver services in accordance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
  • Encourage innovation and the adoption of best practices to enhance service delivery capabilities over time.
