My Global Technology Providing Client is looking for a ServiceNow Programme Director who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow across their organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive implementation strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Leading a cross-functional team of project managers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Establishing governance frameworks, project timelines, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
• Managing project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to drive innovation and maximize the value of ServiceNow within the organization.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience leading... large-scale End to End ServiceNow implementations or similar IT transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of IT Service Management processes and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business results through technology initiatives.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
