About The Role:

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements
• Lead a team of functional consultants and developers
• Provide expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies
• Travel within the UK to collaborate with clients

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced managing budgets and vendor relationships
• ITIL certification preferred
