Engagement Manager - ServiceNow Projects

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager for ServiceNow projects to join our team. In this role, you will act as the link between the solutions team and the delivery team, manage continuous stakeholder engagement, oversee the project lifecycle, lead team management, and review scope. As our ideal candidate, you will possess previous ServiceNow project management experience and have knowledge of ITIL.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Overseeing full lifecycle project management, from client engagement to deployment and review
• Managing stakeholder engagement throughout the project and keeping them informed of progress, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
• Leading project and team management
• Reviewing scope, identifying issues, and risks; delivering changes and improvements
• Introducing and delivering changes into scope; identifying issues and managing risks
• Presenting insights, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and improvements for people and... processes, back to the Solutions team

Your Qualifications:

• Previous ServiceNow Project Management experience
• Project Management certification (Prince2) preferred
• Knowledge of ITIL (Certification preferred
