ServiceNow Architect (Technical Focus)

Up to £105k salary in the UK.

We are on the search for a proficient ServiceNow Architect to join a highly capable consultancy, helping clients solve complex business problems and design & deliver high-end solutions. If you have a strong understanding of ServiceNow, including CSM and/or FSM, we want you!

• Build & design quality ServiceNow solutions to meet clients' needs.
• Maintain best practice and coding standards whilst delivering solutions.
• Ensure technical hand-over documentation to clients is of a high standard.
• Provide expert advice to junior colleagues.
• Mentor junior members of staff.
• Provide technical design leadership for solutions of medium scale.
• Attend customer meetings and communicate effectively with clients to ensure smooth workflows.

To apply you should be able to experience in:

• Leading large implementations, providing technical governance and design.
• Using multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform with ITSM... CSM and FSM being notable.
• Understanding ServiceNow functionality, database structure, developer APIs, development tools and techniques.
• Being certified as a System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM or other ServiceNow areas
