ServiceNow Implementation Manager

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Manager to drive successful engagements for our clients. You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow project management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to balance client needs with project timelines and budgets
• Innovative problem solver who can provide thought leadership and creative solutions

In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from scoping and planning through to delivery and support. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and align solutions with their objectives. You will also manage project teams and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality project delivery.
