ServiceNow Implementation Director

My Global Technology Providing Client is seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Director to oversee the successful delivery of ServiceNow across their organization. As the ServiceNow Implementation Director, you will develop and execute the implementation strategy while leading a cross-functional team of project managers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders. You will also establish governance frameworks and collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.

• Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations or similar IT transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of IT Service Management processes and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business results through technology initiatives.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g... Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
