We are in search of a seasoned ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. This presents a unique chance for a skilled professional with a fervor for ServiceNow solutions, offering the flexibility of remote work while contributing to impactful projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Take the lead on the technical aspects of ServiceNow implementations, tailoring solutions to meet client needs. -Design and deploy ServiceNow applications and modules. -Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of ServiceNow solutions. -Offer expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, design, and architecture. -Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal staff. -Address technical issues promptly and effectively. -Keep abreast of new ServiceNow features and technologies to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
-Proven track record as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant or in a similar capacity. -Thorough... understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities; experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM is beneficial but not mandatory. -Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies. -Hands-on experience with ServiceNow customization, including workflow creation, form design, and report generation. -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. -Excellent communication and presentation abilities. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. -ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are highly valued.
