ServiceNow HRSD Consultant - Remote

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their HR processes, pain points, and objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on leveraging ServiceNow HRSD to address their needs effectively.
• Design and architect tailored solutions based on client requirements and best practices in ServiceNow HRSD. Develop comprehensive implementation plans and solution documentation.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog. Customize workflows, forms, and UI to align with client specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of ServiceNow HRSD solutions. Conduct thorough quality assurance... checks to ensure adherence to client requirements and industry standards.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to client stakeholders and end-users. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any issues or challenges post-implementation.
• Stay updated on the latest features, enhancements, and best practices in ServiceNow HRSD. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
