ServiceNow CMDB Implementation Coordinator - 6 Month Contract

Our global client is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Implementation Coordinator for a 6 month contract. This role requires someone experienced in ServiceNow implementation who can work with our higher education client. The IT Operations Centre Manager will be heavily involved in the CMDB, and will benefit from your assistance in designing and implementing the tool, as well as documenting relevant processes. This is a remote/hybrid role with training responsibilities and duties that include:

• 50,000 devices – scale of implementation
• Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Up-skilling the operations team in ServiceNow Configuration Management
• Policy and process formulation
• Documentation and Standard Operating Procedures
• Creation of training materials
