The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic ServiceNow Business Analyst for a six-month contract role based in London. This position offers the chance to work with one of our esteemed clients, a leader in their industry, on transformative projects that leverage the power of ServiceNow solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align effectively.
• Translate business needs into technical... specifications and contribute to the development of custom ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage and execute the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for users on new ServiceNow features and functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
• Analyse and report on system performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within ServiceNow environments.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• CSA Certification in ServiceNow is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Temporary contract Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £450.00-£550.00 per day

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
