Espire Infolabs is hiring for ServiceNow Tech Lead for London/Reading, UK Location.

Role: ServiceNow Tech Lead Duration: Permanent Location: London/Reading, UK (Require travel between Reading and London) Salary: Open for discussion

Requirements and Skills:

  • Development Experience: Prior experience as a Developer or Designer is a prerequisite, with a documented history of prosperous project executions.
  • A solid command of various ServiceNow TMT components is essential, encompassing ITSM, FSM, TNI, OMT, SPM, and TSOM.
  • A minimum of 5 years ofhands-on experience working with TelCo clients, particularly within the OSS Domain, covering Service Assurance, Fulfilment, Activation, Plan & Build, OM, and Field Services Management.
  • A minimum of 2 hands-on implementations with the ServiceNow platform, ideally beyond ITSM.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, coupled with the capacity to dissect intricate technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are... indispensable for successful collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Possession of ServiceNow certifications is an advantage and will be highly regarded.
