What they look for in a Senior Project Management Consultant - ServiceNow

They are looking for a Senior Project Management Consultant with good leadership skills to deliver internal projects and become a SME for defined areas of operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent mentoring... skills and will be able to provide pastoral / developmental advice to consultants, and share insights and feedback based on team engagement and challenges.

You will need to have high-level knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.

• Defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in
• collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Developing detailed project plans that include timelines, tasks, and resource
• allocation.

• Managing project risks, issues, and changes, escalating critical issues when
• required.
• Capture business requirements and maintain project documentation including;
• requirements documentation, use cases, test plans, and training materials.

• High-level knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Confidently discuss platform capabilities and differences between products with
• clients.
• Ability to analyse data/information and produce reports to reflect findings, progress
• Influence senior stakeholders and constructively challenge to encourage discussion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
