Job Requirements : Design, configure, and deployment of ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management) module leveraging industry best practices and standards. Good Architectural knowledge of software development and enterprise system design principles Work closely with business and IT teams to understand and meet user requirements. Provide technical and thought leadership in both system integration and application development, while also promoting best practices in these areas Good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM module architecture and implementation principles. Create and improve functions like incident management, Change management, Problem management modules Work with creating and maintaining. business required SLA's and... OLA's Develop system integrations and process automation within ServiceNow. Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data. Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform. Coordinate ServiceNow application and platform upgrades. Demonstrated technical capability in custom development for ServiceNow modules like ITOM, ITSM and Service Portal is an added advantage
