JD:

• ITOM module: Maintaining/Building new Service
• ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, Scripting
• catalogues/items/configurations/roles etc.
• HRSD module: Maintaining/Building new services/templates/configurations/roles etc.
• Flow Designer: Creating/Maintaining existing flows, sub-flows, actions etc.
• Scripting: Script Includes / Server-side scripting / Client-side scripts / Reusable scripts
• Application Portals
• Agent Workspaces
• ACL / User Roles / Permissions etc.
• Forms: Theming / Dynamic fields / Custom forms / widgets
• Update sets: Creating / Importing / Exporting / Merging etc.
• Debugging

Must have CIS/CAD certification.
