Qualifications

• Extensive experience and expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow applications
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and best practices
• Experience working with various ServiceNow modules, such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
