Job Description

Product Domain Architecture:

• Lead the architecture design for process within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable architectural solutions.
• Implementation and Configuration:
• Oversee the implementation of applications using Out-of-the-Box configurations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure that the configuration aligns with industry best practices and meets business needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Conduct regular meetings and workshops to gather feedback and make continuous improvements.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and release notes.
• Ensure that documentation is accurate and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3+ Experience creating designs for ServiceNow.
• Valid Certified System Administrator for ServiceNow
