Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and configure ServiceNow applications based on business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation for system design, development, and testing
• Perform system integration testing and assist with user acceptance testing
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong experience with Java, Shell Scripting, DNS, IT infrastructure, MySQL, Firewall, Python
• Proficiency in scripting languages for automation tasks
• Knowledge of server technologies and network architecture
• Previous experience working with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms
