Responsibilities

• Take charge of crafting and structuring ServiceNow HRSD solutions for diverse clients and customers
• Lead technical teams in implementing and managing HRSD solutions effectively
• Collaborate with senior executives to map out strategic plans and provide expert insights
• Contribute to business development initiatives by creating compelling business cases

Requirements

• Must hold U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a DHS TSA Clearance
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Have at least 5 years of experience in architecting and designing ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• Demonstrated leadership in implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions for 5+ years
• Certified as a ServiceNow HR Implementation Specialist
• Proven track record of engaging with clients and stakeholders for solution refinement, with 8+ years of experience
• Skilled in creating strategic roadmaps for technical growth and innovation over 5 years
• Expertise in designing integrations and interfaces with other systems, with 8+ years of experience
