Responsibilities

Provide hands-on application software development services or technical support within defined projects.

Develop program logic for new applications or modify existing application logic as necessary.

Code, test, debug, document, implement, and maintain software applications.

Analyze requirements, integrate application components, and ensure successful system improvements.

Produce technical solutions with detailed narratives for proposal development and support key personnel requirements during procurement phases.

Participate in formal technology evaluations, proofs of concept, and other R&D activities, providing client demonstrations and facilitating client buy-in.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, configuration, design, and deployment.

Experience in creating technical solutions for proposal development during procurement phases.

Excellent communication skills.

U.S. Citizenship required (per federal government regulations).

Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance with DHS Suitability.

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in developing on the ServiceNow platform, including customization of core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification.

Experience with integration technologies (SOAP, REST, JSON, JDBC, file imports).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, AngularJS.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $123,765.00 - $210,400.00, dependent on factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
