Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions for federal clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, define scope, and develop implementation strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment.
• Design and implement ServiceNow modules and applications, customizing workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations as needed.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure the quality and efficiency of ServiceNow implementations.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, features, and industry trends to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, designing and implementing complex solutions for federal clients.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools and technologies, including scripting (JavaScript), HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• US Citizenship is required.
