Title: Lead ServiceNow Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

CIS-ITSM certification is mandatory.

Note: Candidate should be willing to learn new modules in ServiceNow as per Project requirements

Job Description:

  • Looking for 10+years of ServiceNow consultant.
  • 10+ years of experience in Service Management tools, including BMC Remedy, HP Service Desk, and ServiceNow.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Utilize extensive expertise in Service Management tools (BMC Remedy, HP Service Desk) to enhance and optimize ServiceNow implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in the implementation of ServiceNow Process... Optimizer tool.
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow Work Force Optimizer Tool.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration methodologies.
  • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules
