Title: Lead ServiceNow Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months
CIS-ITSM certification is mandatory.
Note: Candidate should be willing to learn new modules in ServiceNow as per Project requirements
Job Description:
- Looking for 10+years of ServiceNow consultant.
- 10+ years of experience in Service Management tools, including BMC Remedy, HP Service Desk, and ServiceNow.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform.
- 5+ years of experience in designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Utilize extensive expertise in Service Management tools (BMC Remedy, HP Service Desk) to enhance and optimize ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical leadership in the implementation of ServiceNow Process... Optimizer tool.
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow Work Force Optimizer Tool.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
- Experience with ServiceNow integration methodologies.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules
