Required Skills

● System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.

● Experience with the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management

● Experience in implementing Service Portal.

● Working knowledge on Flow Designer & Orchestration.

● Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications.

● Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.

● Experience in implementing Service Catalog with scripts and complex workflows.

● Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell).

● Strong scripting experience with Javascript, Glide script, Jelly script, Ajax script, and UI... macros.

● Experience in develop UI forms, fields, notifications, workflows

● A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB.

● Experience with User Interface (UI) PoliciesActions, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Glide Application Program Interface (API) stack - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.

● Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow with Other Applications.

● Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.

● Strong communication, Strong presentation, and writing skills.

● Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members

● Experience in create and use update sets to move customizations between systems.

● Experience with ServiceNow MID Server configurations and discovery scheduling.

Desirable Skills:

● Experience in Build reports, gauges, custom charts and home pages.

● Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders.
