Senior Servicenow Developer [T500-11347]

Position details:

Role Summary:

• Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering processes using ServiceNow product stack.
• Work with the product owners to understand requirements, create detailed design specifications, code, test and implement high-quality products according to users’ requirements.
• Help design and implement new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite.
• Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems within the Bank.
• Design and develop reports and dashboards using ServiceNow tools with appropriate Access controls.
• Responsible for debugging production issues and production support of ServiceNow applications.
• Research and learn concepts and technologies, do proof of concepts, and share knowledge with the rest of the team.
• Responsible for operational reporting and health monitoring of the application.

Skills & Competencies:

Must... have:

• 5 Years experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, Flow designer. Reporting and Analytics, REST Integrations, Excellent understanding of ServiceNow Data model.
• Experience in Custom Application Development, experience managing integrations in ServiceNow utilizing ServiceNow table APIs, scripted Web Services, custom REST APIs, Integration hub.
• Experience with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder and ServiceNow Theming.
• Experience in Access Control Management / ACLs, Developing Business rules and UI actions
• Experience with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy and actions, and client and server scripts.
• ServiceNow Integration with third parties using but not limited to REST/SOAP, File based
• Strong in one or more of the following RDBMS: PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server
• Strong SQL skills.
• Excellent debugging, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ServiceNow Robotic Process Automation, ServiceNow Mobile Development
• Experience with Java development.
• Experience with Software AG webMethods product suite.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum model
