Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB solutions. Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Configuration Management. Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules and CMDB Architecture. Develop and implement scripting and coding solutions for ITOM requirements Knowledge of Java Script, HTML, CSS Good Communication skills
