The Role

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible to design, Architect and implement IT solutions and business-related process workflows, procedures and that conform both to customer requirements and solution development standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement ServiceNow tables, flow diagrams, and low code, in partnership with Product team and other stakeholders like business Analysts, developers etc. Participate in requirement gathering sessions with Business Analysts, assessing technical feasibility.
• Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties.
• Provide technical expertise and participate in implementing new ServiceNow functionality.
• Develop and maintain Service Now applications and integrations and maintain a comprehensive view of the ServiceNow architecture at both a bird’s-eye and granular level.
• Participate in Agile development, e.g., assist with estimating effort and system complexity.
• Contribute to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in Service Now applications and integrations, implementing bug fixes and perform root cause analysis.
• Preparing and presenting client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related.
• Plan and configure mid-server architecture, troubleshoot mid-server-related problems, and conduct cloud discovery from Azure and GCP.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure adherence to best practices, conduct code reviews, and assist in the development of complex requirements.
• Data Migration: Develop and document data migration strategies and plans across instances.
• Create technical delivery plans that support the Business platform vision and strategy.
• Understand, communicate, and collaborate designs and platform principles with architecture peers and stakeholders.
• Drive alignment to the business, IT and Platform strategies and imperatives.
• Perform technical proof of concept activities where appropriate.
• Own all the technical design, architecture governance in line with the org best practices.

Your Profile:

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

• Sound experience in CMDB/CSDM discovery – Cloud (GCP and Azure preferable).
• Proficient in registering Business Applications, creating Service maps, and managing GRC Controls.
• Experience establishing integrations with third-party tools.
• Experience managing platform administration tasks.

Good to have:

• ServiceNow Certification.
