ServiceNow Enterprise Administrator

Telaid Industries has an opening for a ServiceNow Enterprise Administrator to join our team!

Job Duties: Document, architect, test and deliver ServiceNow and other web-based solutions based on requirements gathered from Telaid's clients, internal fulfillment teams, or Telaid management, to meet business needs, requests or opportunities. Solutions delivered will be primarily focused in the ITBM... PPM module, including procurement activities, followed by Asset Management, Field Service Management, Service Portal, and other areas as business needs are brought forward. This individual will achieve expert level knowledge on Telaid's existing, highly customized on-premise applications and systems, with a focus on converting these systems and applications to ServiceNow solutions. This person will configure and enhance all aspects of ServiceNow, such as workflow, user interface (UI), client scripts, business rules, ACLs, incident management, knowledge base articles, CMDB, the employee self-service portal, surveys, financial management, dash boards, reporting and more, using best-practice knowledge to recommend native functionality when possible. This individual will develop, test, and maintain systems integrations and process automation associated with the ServiceNow Platform or other connected enterprise systems, as well as test and support contracted 3rd party technical development or solution efforts. This individual will coordinate and perform installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases, and establish standards and IT hygiene within ServiceNow, including maintenance routines, development standards and code reviews. This individual must perform day to day support, administration and maintenance of Telaid’s ServiceNow platform and solutions, and monitor system stability and performance metrics to prevent service degradation or interruptions. May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. and report to the company’s headquarters in Niantic, CT.

Position requires a Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Technology, Computer Science or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in ServiceNow Administration or related role. The position requires at least two (2) years of ServiceNow administration experience in an enterprise environment, ServiceNow integrations and architecting SN based automated business workflows, and two (2) years of overall IT-related experience
