ServiceNow Developer/Admin

Our team is growing, and we’re searching for a ServiceNow Developer who is a creative problem-solver with their fingertips on the latest industry practices to help our clients achieve digital realization. You’ll join a group of industry veterans, blending the power of tried-and-true methods with cutting-edge technologies. We prioritize authentic partnerships in a collaborative environment, and we’re excited to welcome a ServiceNow Developer who is eager to bring their expertise to our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Collects data to support assessment of IT service performance and ROI (Return On Investment). Supports collaboration with operations and other business functions to ensure successful and ITIL-compliant practices and processes.

2. Evaluates, develops, and deploys new departmental processes. Identifies potential enhancements to existing processes.

3. Supports effective communication with all service providers and stakeholders.

4. Reviews documentation, technical processes and specifications to determine the intended functionality of ITIL initiatives.

5. Utilizes available service platforms to support all process management, reporting and governance?activities. Supports team in preparing for and participating in

control reviews and internal/external audit engagements.

6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.and procedures.

Qualifications:

ServiceNow- Experience with developing queries and reports in ServiceNow.

Experience building Spark data processing applications (Python, Pyspark).

Experience with SQL development and Tableau Reporting.

Experience building Splunk dashboards.

ITIL Certification is a plus (edited)

Pay: $103,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
