Job Description:

Experience Needed-

1. Relevant Service Now certification will be preferred.

2. ITIL v 4.0 Certification

3. Total minimum relevant hands on experience with Service Now CI/CD method of 5+ years.

Service Now CMDB Expert

1. ServiceNow Fundamentals: A ServiceNow CMDB expert should have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its modules, and how it integrates with other ITSM processes.

2. Configuration Management: Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices related to Configuration Management and how they apply within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

3. CMDB Data Model: Expertise in designing and maintaining a CMDB data model within ServiceNow, including defining Configuration Item (CI) classes, attributes, and relationships.

4. Data Integration: Ability to integrate the CMDB with various data sources, discovery tools, and external systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

5. Data Quality Management: Skill in implementing data quality controls... and procedures to maintain the accuracy and reliability of CMDB data.

6. Discovery and Mapping: Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery tools and the process of automatically identifying and mapping CIs within the CMDB.

7. CMDB Health and Compliance Monitoring: Expertise in setting up monitoring and alerting mechanisms to track CMDB health and compliance with defined standards.

8. Service Mapping: Knowledge of ServiceNow's Service Mapping module to visualize and understand the relationships and dependencies between CIs
