Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow HRSD solutions Lead the design, configuration, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Scripting, REST APIs, and other tools Lead the development and maintenance of integrations between ServiceNow and other HR systems and applications using MID Server, Web Services, JDBC, and other methods Lead the testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow HRSD solutions and integrations and ensure quality and performance standards are met Lead the deployment, migration, and upgrade of ServiceNow HRSD solutions and integrations across different environments
