• 10+ years ITSM experience
• Background in software development and moved into ServiceNow and is now a ServiceNow Developer at a Sr. Level. Person will need to be highly technical with deep knowledge of ServiceNow and can explain the code they are writing, etc.
• 10+ years ServiceNow Experience
• Experience upgrading ServiceNow
• Experience moving from Remedy (or similar ITSM tool such as Service Manager) to ServiceNow
• Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow
• Experience with performing integrations with event management systems within ServiceNow
• Integrations with 3rd party cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM , etc.)
• Python scripting experience required
• API experience
• Experience moving from 1 ITSM to Service Now- Remedy to ServiceNow migration preferred
• Will need to be able to perform upgrades and integrations with other cloud providers – must have integrations experience
