We have partnered with our AZ-based client in their search for a ServiceNow ITSM Administrator in their Network Operations Center (NOC) to join their team. The IT Operations Center is primarily responsible for providing 24x7x365 monitoring of alerts for internal and client systems and network environments

Shift: Evening Shift (Monday – Friday 10pm – 6am)
Work Location: Hybrid Remote/Office, Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities

Systems & Networking monitoring and alerting

Utilize monitoring applications to proactively identify issues and areas for improved
performance

Complete systems installations and upgrades
-
Oversee data storage and retrieval systems

Provide desktop support for employees and clients
-
Level I and II troubleshooting of systems, network, and security issues
-
Provide detailed notes in ServiceNow to track incoming calls and troubleshooting efforts

Incident management & escalation
-
Perform OS installation and patching
-
Asset tracking and management
-
Active Directory administration

Prepare and update instructions to assist IT specialists with maintaining the daily routine and
operations of the computer system or network
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent background and
experience
- Experience in automating Windows desktop/laptop builds, network, server and
troubleshooting in Windows and Windows Server
- Fundamental knowledge of UNIX servers, web scripting languages, network technologies,
network devices and tools

Proficiency in troubleshooting PC, peripherals, software upgrades, and IT Administration

ITIL Foundation Certification preferred

Professional network and other computer certifications, such as A+ and MSCE preferred
