Job Description:

As a Sr. ServiceNow Developer (Lead ) your day-to-day activities will be as follows:

1. Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping processes to ensure accurate and comprehensive identification of IT assets, services, and dependencies.

2. Understanding requirements and developing the code abiding to ERIE standards.

3. Design, develop, and maintain custom probes, sensors, and patterns to... extend ServiceNow Discovery capabilities for unique infrastructure and applications.

4. Implement and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information about CIs.

5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data synchronization and reconciliation issues within the CMDB.

6. Customize ServiceNow using JavaScript, Angular, and other web technologies to enhance the discovery and CMDB capabilities.

7. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems through REST API, SOAP API, and other integration methods.

8. Monitor the discovery and CMDB processes to identify and rectify any performance or data quality issues.

9. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements related

to discovery and CMDB, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize the process.

10. Highlight any issues and / or risks in a timely manner.
