ServiceNow Business Process Consultant - California

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant.

Key Responsibilities...

• Facilitate executive level workshops and translate business requirements into prioritized outcomes
• Lead customers in process definition and mapping
• Collaborate with Solution and/or Technical Architects to develop project implementation plans

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow CSM/FSM platform
• Minimum of five years of client-facing technical consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of business process architecture principles for cloud-based platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or Computer Science
• Certifications in ServiceNow CSA, CIS, and ITIL Foundations preferred
