Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading financial organization in Charlotte, NC/ New York, NY/ Dallas, TX/ Phoenix, AZ for a contract Senior ServiceNow Consultant to assist their team. It will be a Hybrid role.

Must Have

ServiceNow engineers with experience in the Workplace Service Delivery module. CSA certification is required, and CAD certification is desired.

About this team:

This group sits within Enterprise Functions Technology in Wells Fargo and is responsible for supporting ServiceNow, specifically its issue management tool. This tool is tied to RCSA and this person will be owning RCSA within ServiceNow for multiple groups across Wells Fargo Enterprise. The ideal candidate will be someone who has 7-10 years of experience as a software engineer with the following skillset below, will have experience creating customized workflows, and come from a GRC background in ServiceNow(meaning issues management, Risk Assessment, Risk events and looking at what is an out of the box feature), and is a true consultant of ServiceNow.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

Responsible for building pages and views from scratch

Responsible for building customized workflows(JavaScript/TypeScript)

Responsible for pulling data in and out of Kafka.

Interacting with business partners including Compliance & Risk Executives

What are the top 3 must-have skills?

7-10 years of experience as a Software Engineer

5+ years of ServiceNow Experience (not in a ticketing environment but more on a full workflow design background)

GRC Experience (understanding Issues Management, Risk Management, Risk Events, IRM, ERM)

Looking at out-of-the-box features how to bring data in and data out and how to construct UI/workflows.
