ServiceNow Pre-Sales / Technical Architect

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Pre-Sales/Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients in a pre-sales capacity. This role requires the ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and to collaborate closely with sales teams to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and presentations that demonstrate the value of ServiceNow offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase ServiceNow capabilities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on... the ServiceNow platform, including its capabilities, modules, and best practices.
- Design innovative solutions that leverage ServiceNow to address client requirements and drive business outcomes.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations to clients on system architecture, integrations, and implementation strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to ServiceNow and IT Service Management.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on client objectives and solution design.
- Partner with ServiceNow representatives and other ecosystem partners to enhance offerings and deliver value to clients.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales process.
- Conduct workshops and facilitate discussions to gather requirements and develop solution roadmaps.
- Address client concerns and objections with confidence and professionalism, leveraging technical expertise to overcome obstacles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including implementation and/or pre-sales experience.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of success in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, preferably within the IT industry.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
