If so, we want you to join our team as a ServiceNow Solutions Designer!

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IT solutions, workflows, and procedures that satisfy customer demands and meet solution development standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including business analysts, developers, and others to develop and implement ServiceNow tables, flow diagrams, and low code.
• Provide technical proficiency and contribute to the implementation of new ServiceNow functionality.
• Develop ServiceNow applications and integrations and maintain a comprehensive view of the ServiceNow architecture at both a macro and micro level.
• Participate in Agile development and drive feature delivery.
• Troubleshoot... and debug issues in ServiceNow applications and integrations, implementing bug fixes and perform root cause analysis.
• Create technical delivery plans that support the Business platform vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure adherence to best practices and conduct code reviews.
• Guide the establishment of integrations with third-party tools and manage platform administration tasks.

Your Profile

• Sound experience in CMDB/CSDM discovery.
• Proficient in registering Business Applications, creating Service maps, and managing GRC Controls.
• Experience establishing integrations with third-party tools.
• Experience managing platform administration tasks.
• ServiceNow Certification, preferred.
