Job DescriptionThis role is part oftheAlliances and Channel Ecosystem (ACE) organization and will be accountable to create aworld classpartner ecosystem that aligns to the Global ACE mission, with the objective of helping to enable & accelerate NOW growth to $16B and beyond. As a Global Partner Seller, youwill play a key role in managing an existing base of business as well as creating, qualifying and driving net new revenue opportunities. This position is a sales role that demands a highly motivated individual with strong sales, communications and organizational skills that is eager to learn and become part of a rapidly growing company.TheGlobal Partner Seller will manage an existing revenue and customer base as well as generate new business sales revenue through DXC in EMEA. This will be achieved by territory planning, account planning, forecasting, using business development techniques and field-based sales activities within the assigned territory and engaging with the ServiceNow ecosystem to ensure success in generating Net New revenue opportunities and effective management and closure of sales opportunities.Critical tothis role:Achieve Net New sales quotas for allocated DXC Account on a quarterly and annual basisA deep understanding ofthe DXC go to market strategyDevelop a sales strategy to expand current opportunities and drive Net New RevenueRelationship management to align the named partner sales teams and Service Now field teams.Prospect qualification, development and execution of new sales opportunities of ongoing revenue streamsTailoring the ServiceNow value proposition to DXC prospects based on in-depth research of specific businessconditions and drivers.Pipeline management, sales process management including effective forecasting and opportunity closureArranging and conducting initial product demonstrations and presentations that are tailored to the prospectOngoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive additional revenue streamsBeing the trusted advisor to the DXC team by understanding their existing and future road map to driveServiceNow solutions within individualorganizationsand the marketplaceEducate Field AEs on differentiation of partnership so they can provide more informed decisions to customers.Building and maintaining relationships with ServiceNow Field teams & their accounts to expand& drive net new revenueQualificationsIn order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsNet New & Renewal business sales focusPrevious sales experience with software salesorganizationmanaging multi-million-dollardealsDemonstrable track record of displacing complex or legacy softwareCommercially astute, experience in developing business case and ROI together with DXC's personnel.Ability to understand the “bigger picture” and the business driversAbility to articulate the value of solutions to DXC and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunityAbility to build strong relationships at all levels of both DXC organizationsand internal ServiceNow Sales teamsDegree educated or equivalent experienceAdditional Information ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
