ServiceNow Project Manager / Team Leader

A leading ServiceNow Partner are looking to hire a ServiceNow Team Leader / Scrum Master to spearhead a major transformation project centred around an on-premises ServiceNow implementation that integrates various ServiceNow modules. This role involves managing projects that encompass Service Management, Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, and innovative Now-based development from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• and oversee the project work plan, monitor progress, and address issues, including platform support.
• with all key stakeholders regularly to update them on progress.
• with customers and the change team to ensure the development of appropriate solutions.
