Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 4-9 years of experience in ServiceNow and other application development
- Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, configuration, integration, and development
- Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, XML, REST/SOAP, LDAP, and SSO
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or equivalent
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively with customers and team members
- Specialization in ITSM processes, CMDB/Core platform, GRC/IRM, Event Mgmt, and SSO/Access Mgmt (preferably PING or Azure)
- Familiarity with Integration Hub for APIs
Expectations
You will be responsible for:
- Guiding junior developers and engineering solutions, especially for domain separation
- Collaborating with business analysts to estimate new project efforts
- Preferably working... with IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery, ITOM Health & Event Management, Core Platform, CMDB, eBonding, Customer Service Management (CSM), and IT Service Management (ITSM) products within ServiceNow
- Holding an ITIL Certification and/or Technical Consulting Experience
- Engaging with functional business leaders in the Customer Support field
- Identifying and deconstructing business objectives effectively
