JD:
· 5 - 6 years relevant ServiceNow experience with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), technical expertise on ServiceNow CMDB and how it supports other ITSM processes (e.g.: Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Mgt.)
· Good development / configuration knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and release management. Also, any experience in Asset, CMDB, Service requests, HTML, Angular JS will be an added advantage.
· Develops ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Web Services, ITSM, Configuration Management (CMDB), Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Scripts, and UI Policies, Data Sources, Import Sets, and Transform maps
· Hands-on experience in integration and Service Portal development
· Have worked on cloning and upgradation of ServiceNow instance. Must be aware of the latest modules of ServiceNow version
· Serve as a key technical resource for configuration... development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation
· Have strong project, product management, and business management experience. Should have liaised with stakeholders at onsite team / Good communication skills to understand, document, and prioritize requirements for process and ServiceNow enhancements
· Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements
· Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
· Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls
· Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs
· Provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals, best practices etc
