Job Description

  • Broad IT relevant experience working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives
  • Experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules like ITOM ( Discovery, Service Mapping)
  • Implement out-of-the-box Service Now Discovery to meet various needs of the enterprise.
  • Creates and maintains custom patterns, probes, and sensors to accommodate internal discovery requirements.
  • Establishes and maintains discovery schedules.
  • Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS,
  • Very good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Effective time management, team handling, and organizational skills Responsibilities
  • Review the work done by team members as per ServiceNow best practices.
  • Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates, and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept
  • Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.
