Job Description
- Broad IT relevant experience working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives
- Experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules like ITOM ( Discovery, Service Mapping)
- Implement out-of-the-box Service Now Discovery to meet various needs of the enterprise.
- Creates and maintains custom patterns, probes, and sensors to accommodate internal discovery requirements.
- Establishes and maintains discovery schedules.
- Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS,
- Very good verbal and written English communication skills
- Effective time management, team handling, and organizational skills Responsibilities
- Review the work done by team members as per ServiceNow best practices.
- Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates, and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept
- Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.
