Total Experience : 4 years in ServiceNow

2 years solid development experience in ServiceNow

Location: Hybrid (You can work from any of the locations Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai)

• Proficiency in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including technical design and coding.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and best practices.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions
• Good Experience in Catalog Development is a must.
• Design and implement new ServiceNow functionality.
• Reviewing request for development and determining the technical design.
• Developing scripts / code to meet business requirements of the request.
• Performing the initial testing and releasing code for UAT.
• Provide maintenance for existing ServiceNow implementations.
• Working independently or cooperatively as a member of a team under the direction of the project team leader or manager.
• Should have... good communication skills (oral & written)
• Ability to work with a remote team, requiring ability to communicate well via phone/email
• Well versed Corporate ethics and compliance
