Certified APM Implementation specialist.

Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.Key competencies8-10 Years total experience in IT Related fields.Experience working in ServiceNow platform as an Admin & Developer.Experience in development of Service catalogs, implementing ACLs, transform maps, Flows via flow designer, client scripts, CMDB health metrics, bubble charts configuration. Configuring Assessments, Demands, Business Capability Maps, Information Objects.5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience in the following areas: Service Catalog, CMDB & Discovery, Service Portal, Workflows, Dashboards, REST APIsPrior working experience on APM module.Other skills and abilitiesAbility to adapt quickly to learn new tools, new technologies, and current industry standards.Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. Ability to work in global distributed setting without supervision.Self-driven, Proactive, Systems Thinking.Intermediate knowledge of development languages: XML, HTML, CSS, Java, and Java Script
