Senior ServiceNow Administrator
Description Of Assignment
The ServiceNow Program requires a Senior ServiceNow Administrator that will proactively work towards the platform’s stabilization, strategic growth/functionality road-mapping, and configuration of smaller scale processes in support of process improvements and Employee Experience.
Assignment Duties
- Manages all aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including user administration, access control, and system configurations.
- Configures and customizes ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SPM, and APM), platform and mobile to meet business requirements.
- Provides support and training to ServiceNow users, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and delivering training sessions as needed.
- Performs platform upgrades, module upgrades, and patches as required
- Works with Subscription Management and process leads for overall license management.
- Monitors and addresses security vulnerabilities and compliance requirements.
- User... access administration with a focus on least privileged access and overly permissive ACLs.
- Responsible for collaborating on day-to-day operations, implementing best practices, and ensuring the platform's reliability, security, scalability and performance.
Experience And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration tasks, including user management, ACLs, UI policies, and business rules.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules, such as Incident, Change, Asset (HAM and SAM), Configuration Management, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM).
- Has successfully performed ServiceNow platform upgrades 8. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and customizations.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, MID Server configuration, APIs, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep attention to detail.
