Responsibilities
- General
support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow instances on a daily
basis
- Build,
maintain and update internal technical documentation, manuals, policies.
- Implement,
revise and enhance system processes based on ITIL practice.
- Develop
systems integrations and process automations.
- Develop
ServiceNow reports, dashboards, etc.
- Configure,
maintain and update SLA’s, catalog items and their associated workflows;
- Working
closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform
capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
Requirements
- Experience
using JavaScript, XML, and HTML;
- Demonstrated
ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge
management modules.
- 3-5
years’ experience with ServiceNow administration;
- Experience
in IT service management, ITIL certification preferred;
- ServiceNow
Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application... Developer;
- Ability
to analyze raw results, determine/resolve bottlenecks, and create meaningful
documentation of testing scenarios and results;
- Experience
troubleshooting integration management, security, and application issues;
