Job Title: ServiceNow Specialist – Hiring FAST!

Location: Mooresville, NC (Fully Remote)

Pay Rate: $40-50/HR on W2 Only – NO C2C

Duration: 12+ months.

Required Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Administration/Development
• Experience with ServiceNow Indexing
• Experience with ServiceNow AI Search
• Ability to teach search engine optimization to others.

Responsibilities:

• Marrying existing content with backend development. Able to jump in and assist with ServiceNow Development.
• Educating current developers on indexing in ServiceNow , AI search components, and other ServiceNow technology skillsets.
• Service now background familiar with indexing and setting up AI search.
• Audit of current knowledge content to ensure findability.
• Utilize HTML coding to create content style and functionality.
• Design user experience and develop business requirements to enhance knowledge management.
• Identify special techniques to improve content findability
