Sr. ServiceNow Consultant

GlobalSource IT has a Direct Client need in the Sheboygan, WI area that is looking for a high-level ServiceNow Developer to help with a couple of project opportunities. This would include not only helping to design and review current architecture plans but also customizing ITSM and newer SNOW modules (HRSD, CMS). Other responsibilities will include hands-on development as well as project handoffs... as well as training/teaching team members on newer practices. This role will be key to helping drive ServiceNow development and features to client locations or teams. This opportunity is set at an initial 6 months and can be supported primarily remote.

• Must have over 8+ years of hands-on development and focus on ServiceNow/SNOW projects
• Experience working with or implementing various modules like ITSM, HRSD, CMS, ITOM, etc
• Ability to help align both the business requirements and technical practices of SNOW from an architectural standpoint
• Strong communication will be a key aspect of this role for both a training and requirements standpoint
