• 5+ years' experience as a ServiceNow Developer (experience w/ consolidations) in a large enterprise environment
• 3+ years hands on development experience with the following modules: Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) and Enterprise Onboarding
• Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and technical solutions, such as client scripts, Ul pages/ actions/policies
• Experience with JavaScript, JQuery, Angular JS, HTML or Jelly scripting experience in ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including API's/CSS/XML/HTML/Webservices

Nice To Haves

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator or ServiceNow Developer Certification
• Experience with Installing, Configuring, Coding and Integrating the Performance Analytics Application of ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive critical, strategic components of Digital Workplace transformation across

Client - these include but are not limited to End User optimization workstream, focusing on insourcing and enhancing improving the employee onboarding process for Human Resources.

• Assist with the design, development and implementation of the HR Service Delivery module

including Case and Knowledge management, Employee Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Employee

Document Management, Chat and Search

• Develop needed integrations to support HRSD Onboarding
• Develop solutions with user-facing technology including Service Portal, Service Catalog, UI

Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Forms, Lists
