Must Have Skills

Current ServiceNow Certified CIS-HRSD

3+ years of ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) experience, ideally with Enterprise onboarding and Transitions application.

Has significant experience and success in Sr. architect / developer roles for medium to large enterprise ServiceNow environments (preferred experience in Healthcare sector)

Self-motivation with ability to work independently in a virtual environment

Collaborative working style with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client services

Experience working on an Agile delivery team

Experience with integration patterns and utilizing REST APIs within ServiceNow and external applications to integrate data and processes

Strong Client and Server JavaScript development experience within the ServiceNow platform

Adherence to regulatory/technical governance and policies

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform best practices

Nice To Have Skills

A degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or similar discipline; supported by experience in a similar technical environment

Come prepared with best practice content for meetings/workshops/sessions aligned to scope of services

Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with Customer stakeholders

Create a backlog of customer defined stories

Design solutions for the story backlog

Configure and Develop solutions from the story backlog

Perform unit and functional testing on stories and support customer UAT break/fix
